My advice brings together two perspectives drawn from hands-on experience: that of a specialised energy law firm and that of an international industrial group.
At Becker Büttner Held (BBH), one of Germany's leading energy law firms, I advised energy suppliers, municipal utilities and the public sector on regulatory and contractual matters. As Legal Counsel at Linde – a listed industrial group with a global presence – I was responsible for energy law matters with a focus on Germany, and supported group-wide energy projects across the EMEA region: from energy supply agreements through large-scale investment projects to negotiations with international corporate clients.
This dual perspective shapes my approach at ENGEL | LEGAL: energy law at the level of a specialised firm, informed by the reality of industrial projects and entrepreneurial decisions.
