collaboration.

We agree on a form of collaboration that suits you – a single engagement, an ongoing block of hours, project-based involvement or workshops.

Single engagement

Engagement under a framework agreement that sets binding terms for remuneration and handling. Follow-on instructions – from contract negotiation through to court representation – can then be given without further formalities. Well-defined individual matters are available at a fixed fee on request.

Second opinion

A defined assessment of contracts, official decisions or expert opinions – usually at a fixed fee with a set scope of review.

Retainer

A monthly block of hours at a reduced rate, with prioritised handling and defined response times. Unused and additional hours are dealt with transparently in the retainer agreement. For recurring advisory needs.

Contract workshop

Preparation and maintenance of contract templates for recurring matters – on a one-off or continuing basis.

Project support

Temporary involvement in the project team with an agreed weekly or daily number of hours.

Transaction support

Energy-law support for asset deals, portfolio transfers and joint ventures – with a fixed-price corridor on request.

Workshops and training

In-house, online or as an open webinar. Daily or all-in fixed fee.
